What Your Purchase Pays For

What Your Purchase Pays For

When you buy from Ceramic London, your money doesn’t vanish into a faceless supply chain. It flows directly back to the people and the programme that made your piece possible. Here is roughly how every purchase is put to work:

  • Maker wages — fair pay for the person who shaped, glazed and fired your piece.
  • Training the next maker — paid apprenticeships for people just beginning their journey.
  • Materials & a safe studio — good clay, glazes, kilns and a workplace that protects health.
  • Keeping the lights on — the modest running costs that let the studio exist at all.

We keep our margins lean on purpose. We would rather train one more person than chase a bigger profit. That is the whole point of the company, and it is a promise we intend to keep as we grow.

Every purchase changes a life

Each piece you buy funds skills training and fair-paid work for a maker who needed the chance — beautiful ceramics, with a purpose.
